Why this matters

A lawyer opens the help center and sees a grey rectangle where the product should be.

The doc teaches a schematic — the lawyer can't recognize the real tool.

A labeled box is not a screenshot.

The fix — A labeled box is not a screenshot — show the real product, not a diagram of it.
