[Bug-1122] Fix /help RSC server→client boundary crash

Why this matters

Help page crashes when a function crosses the server→client line

React Server Components — one live reference is enough to kill the page

Functions and live refs cannot cross the RSC boundary.

The fix — Across the RSC boundary, only data travels — never functions, refs, or unprovided translations.
