[Chore-1148] Replace participant labels KB screenshots

Why this matters

Participant labels KB shipped SVG screenshots that drifted from the real app surface.

Users follow the manual. The manual must match reality.

Vector art ≠ app reality.

The fix — SVGs were sketches, PNGs are screenshots — the KB now shows the app users actually see.
