Why this matters

v3 contract drops Lead — register must speak the new shape or break.

Story nine-eighty-six — matters register migration

v3 contract has no Lead. Any Lead column is a permanently blank column.

The fix — v3 contract drops Lead — register speaks Template + Client, no stale fields.
