Story-1696 pramaan-admin type-layer convergence

The old src/types hub is gone

This fourth convergence slice deletes the orphaned type hub files after prior stories moved consumers to generated contracts and feature-owned types.

Removed files

The obsolete central type hub files were deleted after import and symbol checks showed no production consumers through @/types or deep @/types/<name> paths. Unit-test barrel imports caught by TypeScript were repointed to their generated type homes.

Clerk JWT decision

src/types/clerk-jwt.ts was deleted because grep -rn "clerk-jwt\|PramaanJwtClaims\|isPramaanJwtClaims" src found only the file itself and the deleted barrel. Auth and proxy code do not import the claims helper.

Remaining src/types surface

src/types/data-table.ts remains untouched. It is still the cross-cutting table type surface used by the shared data table integration.

No generated contracts, OpenAPI snapshot, pramaan-functions code, pramaan-app code, i18n setup, UI, or runtime behavior changed.

Observability

pramaan-docs ADR-124: instrumentation-exempt. This is dead type-hub cleanup and adds no executable workflow, route, handler, job, external call, or product-state mutation.

Verification proof

Required local verification: pnpm lint, pnpm exec tsc --noEmit, pnpm test, NEXT_PUBLIC_ENV=local pnpm build, pnpm build-storybook, and git diff --check.

Repository shape check: ls src/types should show only data-table.ts, and grep -rn 'from "@/types"' src should return zero rows.
