The existing workspace hello bar now recognises the backend's
import_from_drive ask and helps counsel discover the Google
Drive door without changing the bar's selection or dismissal mechanics.
This ask is discovery, not a one-click import command. Every imported document needs a target matter, while the firm-wide hello bar has no honest matter to choose. A pre-opened drawer would have to guess. The matters register is therefore the truthful handoff: pick the matter, then import.
