Each cast tile's media block can now play the agent's intro video inline.
Zoya ships first: 26s web encode (3.6MB H.264 Main, faststart) + colour poster
frame served from public/agent-videos/.
/agents → Zoya's tile shows her colour video poster with the play chip; tiles without videos are unchanged (still art / avatar fallback).AgentsCast.playIntro) → inline <video autoPlay controls> replaces the poster.videoSrc/videoPosterSrc on CAST_PERSONAS — the remaining cast videos are a two-line drop each.Storybook: Agents/CastGridPage → "Zoya intro video (click play)".
